"A KNIGHT FOR A DAY." Broad fun at its best would appear to describe the new farce-musical play to be produced by Mr. J. C. A\ illianison s Comic Opera Company on Monday next and two following nights at the Opera House. "A Knight for a Day" is frankly set down as a farce comedy—an extravaganza- with music. The popular comedian, Mr. Bert Gilbert, will be seen, it is said, in what has been described as liis best comedy impersonation—Jeremy Joy. The other big humorous part—'lilly Day—will I>3 p'.ayed by that excellent comedienne. Miss Lottie Snrgent. Messrs. Herbert Clayton, Frank Greene, AV. £>. Percy, and A'ictor Prince arc all finely cast in the play, in which M.iss Olive Godwin has a fine singing part as. Muriel Oliver. The piece brings with it a splendid reputation . from Australia.
