The Grand Vizier has ordered a strict inquiry into the recent, allegations by members of tho Turkish,. Chamber of Deputies that the prisoners arrested after tho discovery of the .revolutionary plot of July were tortured. If the allegations are substantiated, he intends to punish the parties responsible for applyins torture.
