(Specially written for Tnu Dou'tsios.) WEDNESDAY. Boiled neck'of mutton. Carrots. Turnips. Caper sauce. Potatoes. Sensational pudding. SENSATIONAL PUDDING. Cut up same sponge cako into small pieces. Sweeten about a dozen passion fruit well and pour over the cake. Leave this soaking for about .four hours, then pour n nicely-flavoured boiled custard over it and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds veal, ham, pastry, cauliflower, rice, currants.
