STATE-AIDED NAVY DOCKS. . Mr. M'Kenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, gave an interesting hint for the building of Dreadnought-docks partly at private and partly at State - cost in replying a few months ago deputation representing the .Association of Chambers of Commerce, among which Were' representatives of .'.the. following 'places :— ■.'
