Four Ministers, together with various other authorities and' a largo concourse of- the general public, attended the inau-' guration of a "Bevoluftoji Museum" which is annexed to the old Guelhas College building. The "Regicide Hall" contains among its exhibits Manuel Buica's cloak. He was the leader of King 'Carlos's assassins. There are also to be seen the weapons ofßuica.and Costa, another of the assassins, and on tho walls are their portraits, with- the wreaths dedicated to them at the- cemetery. Several speeches were'made. . The guests at a subsequent luncheon included two hundred children. The Naval Bond played musical selec-, tions during the ceremonies incidental toj the opening of the.museum.
