And to affix labels only to thirty dozen collars at present in stock, and which are to be removed from and' returned to the aforesaid offices for that purpose. Labels one and one-eighth inches in length and half an inch in width may be made of muntz metal or brass with secure tag fastening. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. By .order. H. D.
