SUPREME COURT. UNUSUAL DIVORCE CASE. RESERVED DECISION. Mr. justice Cooper gave his reserved judgment yesterday ill the enso of j?ayer v. Sayer, husband's petition for dissolution of iiiarriaße. His Honour said tile misconduct ill the first instance was clearly proved, and tiie sugseiled condonation ivas the sequel to deceptive representations made to the petitioner, apparently in . collusion with (ho co-respondent, with whom she soon afterwards left tho country. Under such circumstances, the'case stood as if there had been no condonation. A supplementary petition would not be required. A' decree nisi was granted with the usual conditions. Mr. T. Xouns appeared for, the petitioner.
