September it was stated that tlio Michelin prize of .21000 had been offered to the airman, who, accompanied by a passenger, covered within six hours the distance (about. 420 kilometres) between tlio Aero Club at St. Cloud and the summit of the Put de Dome, after having circlcd round the cathedral of Clermont Ferrand.
