NEW BILL INTRODUCED. Paris, December 20. ' The French Government is preparing a Bill granting supplementary pensions to railwaymen, based on service for a number of years not hitherto entitling to a pension. The annual cost will be seven million francs (£280,000) for twenty-five years.
