Sydney, December 21. The agents for . the North-German Lloyd liner Germania, now eleven days overdue at Hong-Kong, believe that the vessel has broken down in the course of her voyage from Sydney, via : the Marshall and Caroline Islands, but have no fears, for the safety of those on board. '

They expect that a German warship from Bismark Islands and a British cruiser from the China, station will be dispatched t-o search ifor the missing steamer.
