A surviving' daughter, Olive Moodie, was subsequently charged with murder. The evidence showed that Olive Moodie on several occasions had purchased arsenic, avowedly to kill rats. Dr. Tuoker, who had attended the sisters, stated that Olive objected when he proposed to send the patients to tho Hospital. He added that there was no arsenic in the prescriptions he ordered. ' ■ ■
