ELECTRIC TRAIN DERAILED.
: $ MANY PERSONS INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Oporto; December 19. An electric train, full of workmen, was derailed while going at full* speed. The rails were weakened owing to tho floods. All the carriages were flung over the side. The driver was killed, and twenty-two persons' seriously injured.
