(Specially written for , Tn? Dosiimoh.) '• MONDAY. Grilled steak. Potato cliips. Tomatoes. Gooseberry. trifle, ■ GOOSEBERRY TRIFLE. Tv.'o pints gooseberries, balf a pound sugar, half a pint, custard,, three sponge cakes, half'a pint- creani. Top and tail the gooseberries, put them into a jar with the sugar, and cool; it slowly until soft. -Arrango the cakes in a glass dish. Put the pul» on top and pour over the custard. Leave this until cold, then cover with whipped and sweetened cream. -
