OUR WOOL EXPORTS.
. V -. -.BIG INCREASES. , During the. : last five months New Zealand .has exported ' 87,248' hales of. wool, which -is 16,864 more than .. tlio quantity. ' exported in. the corresponding tve -months' of 1909.. The '.quantity sent - out., of. the' Dominion during November formed'.; a big percentage of the ;.total for tho' five months, the -figures being 53,888 bales. ;"In the .five months there were increases at. all ports except Oainaru, Timaru, Wanganui, Waitara, and Auckland. The .bulk of the increase was. made at Wellington, where -24,974 bales were shipped. In:,the-.1909 period, 11,569 bales were ient from: Wellington, -which quantity . compares, unfavourably with even this season's November sliipment, which alone totalled, 20,568 bales... Napier, too, sent away "'more in its; recent November shipment'thau it did. in the five months period of 1909.- r ,■ The ; :Novemher exports were: Inrercargill, 322 bales; Dunedin,.377; Timaru, 428;; Ch.ristchurch;' 8253; >Blenhoim, 1060;.
