SUMMARY AND FORECAST. The wind changed from southerly to northerly in most parts of the country this morning. and the weather has been warm and hazy ffonerally, but rain has commenced to fall in the far north. The barometer has to-day slowly fallen everywhere. Prc?ent indications are for increasing easterly and northerly winds ccnerally. The weather will probably be cloudy and hazy everywhere with rain to 1 follow soon in most parts of the country. The barometer will probably fall everywhere. D, C. DATES.
