TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tns Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Steap en Casserole. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Cornflour Mould; " Stewed Fruit. STEAK EN CASSEROLE. . Two pounds steak, 1 tnblcspoonful of flour, 2 tpaspoonfnls of sugar, 1 teaspoonfill of salt, teaspoonful of pepper, i teaspoonful of" vinegar, 1 cup of stock or water. Kub the flour, sugar, salt, and pepper well into the steak with a knife; drop over it the vinegar, pour on the stock and let it stand" 1 hour. Bake for 2 hours in a moderate oven, closely covered.
FOE TO-MOBROW. Neck of Mutton. Potatoes. Carrots. • Turnips. . Two Lemons. Three Penny Sponge.. CakeS. Pastry.
