LAND FOR IMMIGRANTS.
PARTIAL CLEARING TJRGBD. By Telegraph- -Press Association-Conyriclit. Adelaide, December 13. Sir Carlaw Martin, Chairman of the Scottish. Agricultural Commission, now visiting Australia, says that a block of land should be partly cleared for immigration. At present the States are losing by condemning agriculturists to work as axemen.
