COINING PLANT SEIZED.
CHARGE AGAINST FATHER AND SON. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Eec. December 12, 9.50 p.m.) Sydney, December 12. •A father and son named Touell havebeen remanded on heavy bail on a charge of having a coining plant in their possession in North: Sydney. Along with the plant thirty-three spurious sovereigns were seized. During the last -few months hundreds of pounds worth of spurious coins have been circulated, especially at race meetings around Melbourne.
