CO'NSTJLS ORDER JOURNALISTS TO LEAVE. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyriEM. Cairo, December 11. The French Vice-Consul ordered the - expulsion of M. de. Roja, editor of tho journal "Depecho Egyptienne," and tho Spanish Consul .ordered M. Argila, director of t!i> "Depcche," to leave Egypt. Tho new editor and director are both e Frenchmen. The former, in a violent e article, declares that if he is expelled . other Frenchmen are ready, to defend 1 Franco-Egyptian interests.
