COLLISION BETWEEN CAB AND MOTOR-CAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Christchurch, December 12. At the Magistrate's Court this inorn« ing, G. A. Moodv claimed .€62 Bs. Cd. from Dexter and Crozier'(Mr. Johnston), as damages for injuries to a cab and horse in collision with a motor-car on' Riccarton Road. After hearing evidence, the Magistrate said that he would allow .£lO for the horse and MO for other damages. Judgment was for plaintiff for »£CO and costs.
