(Specially written for The Dominion.) THURSDAY.'':'. Casserole of mutton,' Potatoes. Vegetable marrow. Gelatine Wane mange. Gooseberries.' CASSEROLE OF MUTTON. .■ . About two cupfuls of boiled rice, two onions, three gills of gravy, chopped parsley, butler, pepper and salt, , cold mutton. Thickly grease a piedish, put-in a layer, of rice, then some thin slices of ineat and onion in very thin rings, season with salt, pepper, and parsley. ..Continue, until all is used, having rice for the'top layer. Add tho gravy, cover- with, greased paper, and bake in a moderate oven, from 45 to 50 minutes. Turn on to a hot dish.and serve. ..'__ ■ ■'- ; , FOE TO-MORROW. One schnapper, cauliflower, gelatine, three pints milk, four eggs, two lemons.
