It provides that from January 1 next the territory surrendered by New South Wales to the Commonwealth is accepted as territory of the Commonwealth. DESTROYERS AT ADELAIDE. Adelaide, December G. The Commonwealth destroyers, the Parramatta and tho Yarra, have arrived. His Excellency the Governor congratulated the crews on the success they had achieved in accomplishing so long a. voyage with such small vessels without accident or breakdown of auy kind.
