Tho party arrived liero on Friday, 1 and received a splendid welcome, 3500 persons being assembled at the Town , Hall. The Duke paid a tribute to Duri, ban's municipal enterprise, and also to a tho loyalty everywhere manifested. Later, his Royal Highness reviewed 1 the Durban Light Infantry, of which ho is colonel-in-chief., The Royal party sailed to-day in the Balmoral Castle, homeward bound. t THE AUSTRALIAN DELEGATES. ' Port Elizabeth, December 3. ' Air. Fisher (Australian Prime Minister), and . Mr. Fowlds (Now Zealand Minister for Education) arrived at Grahamstown ou Thursday, and reached here on Friday. They wero entertained at luncheon by tbe Mayor, and afterwards. departed for Cape Town.
