' DECREASE IN EXPORTS. Ths returns of gold and silver for last month show a decrease, and there is also a decrease in the total , quantities of the two metals, exported during the past eleven months. Gold.—For November, 1910: 36,084 ounces, valued at ,£144,708; or 2163 ounces, valued at £5914 less than in November of last year. For tho past eleven months: 440,778 ounces, valued at £1,745,821, a decrease of 20,985 ounces, of the value of .£84,055, as compared with the export for the corresponding period of last year. Silver.—For November, 1910: 66,275 ounces, valued p.t ,£6700; or 86,569 ounces, valued at ,£8530, less than in November, 1909. For the past eleven months 1,514,-. 497 ounces, of the value of ,£151,859; a decrease of 142,747 ounces, of.the value _ of .£13,370, as compared with the export for the corresponding period of last year.
