CLASSES TOD LAKGE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, November 28. Tho Board of Education is withholding £65,967 sterling from tho London County Council; on account of the Board school classes exceeding sixty pupilß, the number which tho board considers should bo the maximum. The council states that it has long been hurrying forward the building of schools.
