A thousand Mexican revolutionists are fortifying positions at Fresno, in the Chihuahua district. President Diaz's troop 3 are preparing for a vigorous campaign. The family of General Madero, the revolutionary leader, announce the receipt of news of his safety. General Madero is stated to bo gathering his forces in the Laguan district unconcerned by the confiscation of his estates,., as his funds are invested in American securities, and cannot be touched. ■ : The publisher and editor of "El Corrid, the Chihuahua daily newspaper, have been arrested for criticising •an unnecessary arrest, by President Diaz's party.
