Captain Scott and Dr. Wilson, of tlio Terra Nova, went from Christchurcli, south yesterday. They will join the vessel at Port Chalmers, whenco the expedition will sail this afternoon (states ii Press Association telegram). His Excellency the Governor has accepted the position ol' patron of tho Discharged Prisoners' Aid Society. Sir Cieorgo Clifford is a passenger by tho Mararoa, which ivi-11 arrive from tho south this morning.
