Large quantities of arms aud ammunition .were captured by tho Federal troops. \ United States troops are patrolling , tho banks of tho Rio Grande from Brownsville to Eagle Pass. Insurgent Mexicans are reported to bo massing in Minora, Texas. United States troops have been dispatched thither at tho Governor's request. There has been desultory fighting at Torreon, but tho result was undecisive. Tlib Now York Stock Exchango reports that President Diaz is master of tho situation.. Mexicans raided a San Enriquo ranch but failed to capture General Francesco Madero. The revolutionists havo seized horses intended for cavalry mounts,
