The" crew , oftho warship Minas Geraes were the first to mutineer, the crows of the Sao Paulo and four others joining. They sent a message by wireless, - undertaking to surrender if their demands were granted, and also an amnesty voted. Marshal da Fonsca gave guarantees, and. the Senate unanimously voted an amnesty. • The Chamber-is still discussing. ■. ■ ' The Minas Geraes this evening fired upon a launch full of loyal bluejackets.
