SEASON 1910-1911. ' 2270 TONS; VALUED AT £113,500. . Following is an estimate of the output from tho South Wairarapa cheese factories, bused upon . last season's figures. It is stated on very Rood authority that the prospects and also the pi-ices for tho current season aro better than those realised last year, so that the figures detailed may be said to be well within tho mark. The figures for Carrington aro au estimate, as the factory only commenced operations this season:— Dalefield 500 tons. Fcatherston 42-1 tons. Greytown 29S tons. Belvodcro 260 tons. Parkvalo 250 tons. Taratabi v ........ 211 tons. Otaraia 74 tons. Tawalia -73 tons. Carrington ;.... 70 tons. Ohianiho 45 tons. Loiiitbush 35 tons. H. Rayner '30 tons. Total 2270 tons. Valued f.o.b. Wellington, at £50 per ton, £113,500. Approximately tho output of 2270 is from 11,350 cows, ami the net return f.o.b. Wellington is £10 per co\v per season.
