MR."PERRY'S WONDERFUL SHOW ■ , - ; 'I RECORD. Mr'. \V. Perry, of Penrose, an article describing whose flock appears on another page, has lately been gaining still moro laurels with his Lincolus and Romnoys. At the Canterbury bliow this month Mr. Perry carried .off the Lincoln championship with'-his six-tooth ram Buster, and tlio reserve championship with a four-tootli ram, Rangatira. Despito the fact tliat he is but a new exhibitor with his Romneys, which he has only had a,year or so, Mr. Perry also carried off both tho championship and reserve championship in this section. Tho championship ho won with a four-tootli ram, Tho General, bred at Penrose, and the- reserve championship wont to Premier, a cheep purchased from Mr. Matthews, of Waironßomni. Mr. Perry's first and champion prizes in Lincolns for tho last threo years were as under: 1908—Lincolns, 20 firsts, i champions. 1909—Lincolns, 21 firsts, 4 champions. 1910—Lincolns, 21 firsts, 6 champions, 2 cups. The Penrose Romney Marsh record for 1910 is as follows:— Championships i First prizes 15 Special cups 5
