Marion Wa'ldfii potitionod for difsolution of her marriage uith Eustace A T ivian Waldsn, oil the grounds of cruelty, drunkenness, and' desertiou. Petitiomr was represented.' 'by Mr. P. J. O'Regan, who detailed the history an unhappy married life since th-s time when - the parties wore .united in matrimony at Laiinceston on March 22, 1697. Inter alia, Mr. O'Regan mentioned that respondent had now spent all her money except .£l5O. She had *£2000 when they were married. Corroborative evidence was given by Mrs. Katherino Miller, of Palmers-ton * North, sister of the petitioner.' A decrea nisi was granted on the usual conditions,. petitioner to have custody of the children. Clarissa Hannah Gibson petitioned for a dissolution of her marriage with John Frederick Gibson. The case was heard in camera." A decrea nisi. wa9 granted on tho usual terms. Mr. H. E. Evans represented the petitioner.
