MEXICAN RISING FAILS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Conyriclit. Mexico City, November 21. Riots continue on tho Mexican border. The regulars mowed down tho" rebels at Zacatecas. An insurrection .was planned for Sunday last in Mexico, but it failed to materialise. There was no unusual incident.
Further trouble is not anticipated.
