All exhibits must be sent to us bj Tuesday; December, 20. Intending competitors must purchase all materials to be mado in the competition from us,, register their names at time of making' purchase, and obtain a registration, ticket, which must ba securely sewn 'on to the work when sent in for competition. Exhibits must be worked entirely by the competitor. The decision of the judges must be accepted by • all competitors as absolutely final. ....
