Thc cutting of a sixly-fcet clifT road connecting Dover and SI. Margaret's Bnv, five miles distant, has been begun. About a million tons of tho cliallc cut from tho cliffs in the making of the road will be utilised in connection with the Dover Admiralty .Pier widening, which is now in progress.
