4 ■ THE'PRINCESS THEATRE HOTELS The adjourned meeting of the Wellington'- Licensing Committee was held at the Magistrate's Court yesterday. - Dr. A, M'Arthur, R.M., presided, and there were also present Messrs. G. W. Wilton, J. Smith, G. J. Petlierick, and W. J. Helyer. The business to be dealt with was/the application foT transfer of the license -in respect of the Princess Theatre Hotel from I'Y 0. AVeine to W. R. -V. Allen, ifr. E. J. Fitzgibbon appeared for Mr. Allen, and stated that he wished to withdraw the application, and the license was allowed to revert to Weine. Mr. T. Young, on. behalf of Mr. Weine, asked that the latter b6 granted leave of absence, and that the hotel might be managed by Mr. W. Middleton until Mr. Weino is able to resume. Leave was granted until the next quarterly meeting of tho committee on December:7.
