The amending Customs Bill extends tho powers dealing with the prohibition of the importation and exportation of goods from the Commonwealth. Tho powers exercised by Customs, officers in regard to smuggling are extended so as to cover the importation and exportation of all prohibited goods, and - similar penalties are fixed. .'
