On Monday night one of tho wharves was the scono of some commotion. Some membors of the crew of a vessel in port wore' engaged in a heated argument in the foro part of the ship, when, it is alleged, one man stabbed another in tho cheek with a fork. The victim, it is stated, chased his adversary along tho deck towards tho after end, where tho pursued one found refuge in the cabin. Matters cooled down in time.
