TEENTHAM. INCIDENT. William Coljine was charged at the Magistrate's Court yesterday with trespassing on , the, Wellington Kacilig CJub's. property at Trcntljnm raMoonjse. The offence took place in April last, but the information was, in tho first instance, dismissed by Mr, W, G. Riddell, S.M., be. cause no attempt had been made to prove that defendant was an undesirable. The Bading Club apnenled against this decision, tho appoal was upheld, and the case romittod. to tho magistrate,
When it was mentioned yosterday, Mr. W..H. D. Bell, fonthe.club, stated that he would not press for a penalty, as a conviction would satisfy informants. ■ The magistrate recorded p. conviction,' and ordered aooused to pay Court coats, 95,, in default 21 hours' imprisonment,
