THE EDUCATION BILL.

CONCERNING BOARD SCHOLARSHIPS. . ■ .. The Education Bill:was reported on yesterday by tho Education Committee of the legislative Counoil. Tho following provision has been made by the committee in respect- to scholarships :—"The board may, out of tho funds appropriated by Parliament for the purpose, establish Junior.
