ME. KNOX INTERVENES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. New 'York, November 11. Mr. P. C. Knox, United States Secretary of State, has issued a statement to the effect that ho hopes that Mexico will punish the assailants of Amerioans in the recent rioting in Mexico City.' Mr. Knox promises that America will punish the lynchers of the Mexican in Texas, and says he deeply regrets the Mexican outbreak. Mexico City is in a tranquil state.
