DUKE OF CONNAUGHT'S EULOGIES. By Telegraph-Press Association—OopyrlEht (Eec. November 14, 0.35 a;m.) Cape Town, November 13. The Duke of Connaught arrived at Victoria Palls, and thence proceeded to Livingstone, where he was received with a guard of honour of Barotse police. Replying to an address of welcome, the Duke paid a tribute to tho pioneers of the Empire, who were reclaiming from the heart of Africa countries closed to Europeans for hundreds of years. Posterity would' be gratoful to tho greatest of pioneers, from whom the country took its name.
