November 13, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, November 12. ■ Mr. Beeby, Minister of Labour, referring to thj proposed nationalisation of tho iron industry, said the Government had no intention to rush blindfold into such an enormous vonturo. Experts would be appointed to make full inquiry. If their report was favourable, tho Government :were fully determined to develop tho industry on a large scale, with a view to manufacturing all the railway material required by New South Wales, and supplying tho Commonwealth Government with materials for tho transcontinental railway.
