CONFERENCE CLEARS THE GROUND, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. November 12, 1.10 a.m.) Ottawa, November 11. The Reciprocity Conference witli the ' United States representatives, which opened at the end of last week, has ended. Mr. Fielding, Minister for Finane®, states that the session of the Conference was frank and friendly. A- conclusion was not reached, but the ground was cleared for a conference at Washington, probably in January. The members of the Conference separated, hoping that the January meeting at Washington would lead to a satisfactory arrangement. • '
