ACCEPTANCES for the First Day's Events will close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MONDAY, 19th' December, 1910, at 9 p.m., and' for. the Second Day's IJvents at the same place at 9 o'clock on the evening of the First Day.. PENALTIES AND"RULES-PENAL-TIES. The following penalties shall be carried' by the • winner of any race after declaration of weights: Of the value ol 50 60vs., 61b.;, of any • race or races of the collective value of" 100 sovs., 81b.; 150 60vs., 101b.; 300 sovs. and over, 141b., provided that any horse handicapped at Bst. ■ 101b. and over will carry only half these penalties, i This rule does not apply to Hurdle or Welter races.
