Sydney, November 9. At a meeting.ot the Australian Football Council (Australasian rules) it was stated that the game was progressing slowly .but surely in New Zealand, especially in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, and AVestport. The constitution was amended to piovide for a circle fivo feet in diameter in the centre of the ground where the umpire is to bounce the ball. A free kick will be awarded for encroaching within that circle before the ball is bounced
