THE LATE SIR HARRY RAWSON.

FUNERAL IN LONDON.

By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. London, November 8. The funeral of the lato Admiral Sir Harry Rawson, one time Governor of New South Wales, took place to-day at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster.

Among those present were: Admiral Lord Charles Beresford, M.P., Admiral Sir Hedworth Lambton, Sir Clements ■Markham (late President of the Eoyal Geographical Society), Major-Gentuu Finn (ex-Inspector-General of the Commonwealth Military Forces), representatives of the Admiralty and the Colonial Office, and many naval officers.

The High Commissioner for Australia (Sir Georgo Reid), ; who also attended, placed ou the coffin a wreath from the Commonwealth. It. was inscribed: "With deep sympathy. He was a man who, in world-wide service, gained universal esteem." •'
