An attempt is being made to brine together on that date scouts from tho East and West Coasts, as far as possible, it has beon suggested, in order to eucouvago tho movement, that the Railway Department bo approached with tho view of obtaining free passes for those scouts attending the tourney, or in, the event of this being impossible, to ■ obtaining for them tho. concessions granted to school excursionists.
