TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Stewed Lamb and Green Peas. Potatoes. Amber Pudding. AMBER PUDDING. Six apples, 3 eggs, sugar to taste, pastry, one tablespoonful of butter, essence of lemon or lemon juice. Peel and core apples, and stew them with a little syrup made from the peels and cores. Pulp them and add butter and flavouring. Beat up the yolks and mix with the pulp, which should bo placed in a piedish, edged with puff paste. Bako until the pastry is done. Whip the whites stiff with sugar and flavouring, and pilo on top. Place again in the oven to set. ■FOR TO-MORROW. One bundle of asparagus, macaroni, cheese.
