' CIGAKS FROM COCOA HUSKS. By Teleffraph—Press AEsoeiation-Oopyrteht (Eco. Nov. 7, 9.35 p.m.) Paris, November 7. Madame Levillian has been fined ,£640 for manufacturing cigars and cigarettes from cocoa husks, and thus contravening the State tobacco monopoly.
It is stated that three' and a half million of theso cigarettes are annually placed on the market.
